At dp Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your apparel doesn't fit your stride or meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
